Myself, I think OoT is better. Master Quest had really bad dungeon designs, there was a big lacking of enemies in each temple. I say, the good old OoT is the best.

I liked them both the same. Though I never got the chance to play through MQ. I only rented it.

I really have no opinion. I loved the Master Quest because I believed the new dungeons were better, and I saw a lot more enemies around. But there was one thing that I found very odd. Everyone was saying the Master Quest was harder, but I found the dungeons to be a heck of a lot easier. I mean, no way have I ever been able to beat Jabu Jabu's Belly and the Water Temple in Ocarina of Time, now of all sudden on the so-called harder version, I beat them all on my own!!! My teacher sid it was because I'm older and smarter, but I still don't believe that.
