Graphics : Some of the best graphics available to the XBOX. This is probably the best graphics for any system, for any fighting game out there. With beautiful CGI’s and great in game graphics most everyone will be stunned by the lighting, bump mapping, overall look of this game.

Gameplay : Short, sweet and simple gameplay, like most fighters this game has Single Player, Tag Team, and Survival modes of play. (Don’t forget about practice mode) Although, it doesn’t sound very addictive, there are just so many combos, and fun tag-team moves in this game, it will keep you coming back for more, and more. Until I get a chance to review SC II this I will say is the best fighting game on the XBOX.

Sound : Although in fighting games, there really is no great need for sound, because… there is nothing all amazing that needs to be done to it. Just having a nice variety of sound FX, and music is all a game like this needs to score a 9. And they did it successfully. Although, I was a little disappointed in the fact that there was no custom soundtracks, maybe in DOA 4.

Controls : Controls are quite easy and simplistic to remember. X as block, Y as Punch, B as Kick, A as grab moves, and Black Button for tagging in and out during the game. You do different moves by the angle that your directional pad is aiming for. The only bad thing about the controls, is that there are a lot of Joystick users out there, and this game requires the D-Pad, which doesn’t bother me at all.

Replay : As most fighting games seem to lose there replay value over time, I honestly cannot say I have gotten sick of this game yet, and I’ve owned it at least 1 ˝ years. Team Ninja does a good job with this it seems, seeing as how they got me addicted to Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball as well…. Lets just hope that they can do the same with Ninja Gaiden.

Overall : This is definitely, as of now the #1 fighting game ever created on the XBOX. With stunning visual effects, crisp sound, and gameplay that just keeps saying “Play Me!” this is just the game that you have to add to your XBOX library of games.
