The Warehouses
The Warehouses are massive buildings, some occupied and some vacant, owned by private businesses. The street is long, and dingy, and especially creepy at night.

Production Plants
A section of plants located in the heart of the industrial park. Most of the buildings are still open and in business, although there are a number that have been abandoned due to the crumbling economy.

Bayard Copper Mine
Owned by a privately owned conglomerate, the Bayard Copper Mine has been in operation for almost seventy years, trading hangs and names as it has been purchased and re-sold through the years. While production has slowed since its heyday, the open-pit copper mine still employs a significant portion of Demaitre's lower working class. It is located approximately twenty-five minutes to the west of Demaitre.

Demaitre Sawmill
The Demaitre sawmill specializes in softwood lumber production, importing raw material from upper Ontario, rather than log in the vicinity of the city. The sawmill originally supplied a large amount of newspaper, but with the rise of the internet age, the board is considering cutting back on production.
