Amazing gig truly. My ears are still full of music. Nice venue, nice audience, entirely excellent performance. One thousand people below stage. No new songs. Encore: Sparta, Mr. pharmacist, Cowboy George. Full setlist latter if I recoll. I'll try to upload material on yutube if I successfully compress video, because file is over 3,5GB.
I'm proud to be a Fallfan after such great performance. -------------------- The Fall are huge here in Belgrade.

Assuming this to be the release date, it will be 1 year 9 months since IWS. Which is a long time, but not unheard of. It was 1 year 11 months between AYAMW and COTC, and then a full 2 years until FHR.  -------------------- You don't have to be a died hair punk funk shit-hot fucked up tick-tock pad

sounds like a good gig gagast. I'm not bothered when it comes out, just looking forward to this next round of gigs. My only request would be for Domino to release one or even a couple of singles prior to release. I miss the single format.

What an awesome gig!
But I must say that it was too short! The band played maybe 30 minutes before hitting backstage! And then played maybe 10-15 minutes more... MES was unimpressed at best, bored most of the time. Eleni looks so much younger than on photos. The band was great! Rocked like a fine tuned machine. And had a mighty mighty sound... The crowd was wild and pretty awesome. Thankful too. The feedback I heard was pretty positive. Let's just hope The Fall puts Belgrade on their next tour schedule... |
