Aye I was there and it was fucking great. Lovely long set, nice venue with great sound. Third time ive seen them and it was the best. The Tripod show in March was great but this beat it for me. The Village gig in 06 was dodgy but it was my first time seeing them so il always think on it fondly. Set highlights of an absolutely astounding set with no downers for me include 50 year old man, mountain energei, latch key kid blindness and mr. Pharmacist. I know people say this gets played too much and probably does but this was So good last night. I was very surprised by how vital it sounded

Cheers Paull, at least someone appeared to be there.

The burning question as always is...........was there a Consortium Rep. in the building?

Fucking brilliant last night. Band on top form, lots of smiles. Great venue and the people of Belfast are the friendliest. Very special this one. Elena seemed to be really enjoying herself - God she's beautiful! Got home to Dublin at 4am but worth it. Blindness was highlight for me. The Fall are still the best - no contest. Hope the current line up stay.. just a little bit longer.

I thought the gig at the Tripod could not be bettered but this one was tremendous. The entire band seemed to in good form, the crowd was in fine fettle and the set was excellent. I thought the sound from the lead guitar wavered a few times, but overall was spot on, cosidering the venue was a tent. And all for a measly tenner. Hard to whack!

Too many highlights to single one out, but my favoutrite was when MES sang "My boss is a midget" to complete silence during Can Can Summer.

I took my 17 year old son to his first ever Fall gig and he absolutely loved it.

Can't wait for the next visit to these shores.

Not steamed at all. He did indeed come out wearing the bass players coat for the encore.
