Something "a bit like Immediate but slower", apparently...
It seems crap that it takes iTunes eight weeks to approve something for release though. I think it might be the case that it's different if you're from an "established" record label. I know someone that runs a label (that releases stuff on iTunes) so I'll ask him. -------------------- |

OK, so it turns out that 6-8 weeks is pretty standard, the suspicion being that major labels get rather more prompt treatment. Equally it's possible that around Christmas it could even take another couple of weeks on top of that. Bah. You'd think if iTunes sped up their approval process, they'd be getting money in the bank far more quickly. Kind of glad I don't run a record label. -------------------- |
