SHEET TERMINOLOGY

Name/Nickname: Name; Name of any secondary forms.

Gender: Male, Female, or go into a spiel about how you refuse such sexist terms. I would. Heh. (Just put Male/Female/Genderqueer.)

Fandom: Put A) Name of the show, B) Original, or C) Custom and name of the character and show, if the character is based on a fandom character.

Human: Yes, or say what kind of creature you are(vampires, elves, etc). Also, mention here if you're human but are also a werewolf or if you can transform into anything.

Description: Describe yourself physically, and if you have a special form or transformation, describe it physically too. You can also put an image if desired.

Personality: Describe your character's basic personality. Also, if you want, put your character's backstory here. However, do NOT describe your character's alignment, as it can change during the actual role playing if desired.

Weapons: Ok, for this, it should end up looking something like this:

• Past: Dual-wielded Kodachi, with a slingshot strapped to her side.
• Present: Two guns in holsters, and a dagger in her belt for close combat.
• Future: Lazer rifle with a plasma chainsaw attached to the front.

Weaknesses: Here, put any and every weakness you can think of. Character can't swim? Allergies? Fear of heights? Sensitive on their back? Write it here.

The following is a broken down blank sheet, and you already should know what to fill in for each. I think Katanoki has this pretty well taken care of, but let me explain more.

This part is self-explanatory -- just put in the name of your character. A first name is only required, but a full one would be nice.

Is your character male, female, or [whatever you'd like to call him]? Also self-explanatory, just that it would be easier if you put them into Male or Female. Non-genderized characters work too, I guess.

Where if your character from? Your head, an anime, a comic book? Fill this part in as Original if you thought of them by yourself completely. If they are already made, put what place you got them from. Write custom if you made them up, but they are based off of someone else's storyline.

Are they human, yes or no. If yes, great. They're human. Fill it in. If no, fill in what species they are. Don't make it too descriptive.

What they look like, how they dress, etc. It all goes here, and "the more, the merrier" . The more descriptive, the easier to be approved of.

How they act, their emotions, and everything else about them thats not part of the other sections which may be counted as part of their lifestyle. Yet again, the more you write, the better, and the more descriptive, the easier to be approved.

Fill nothing in next to "Weapons". Skip down to past and put what weapon they had in the past before the time of what you're thinking of them in. You only need to put the name of the weapon, but a description is nice. Note that they will use this weapon in role plays set in the past. The present is the same thing, except for what they use now. And future is for future. Not that hard.

It's better to make this is individual lines, but a short sentence or paragraph will do. Here, put anything which makes your character weaker than average. Fears, physical disadvantages, etc.

Now that the individual parts are explained, I have set up a blank sheet below. Note that it is different from the one Katanoki has set up, but it is only to make an admin's life easier. If you have any more questions or if you would like others to read over your character before you send it in, you can post those here. Do not remove any text from below; only fill in.

And remember, it WILL look much better when you have it typed out.

Description: she is a wood elf and like other wood elf, she is tall,having long black hair,pointed ears with emerald green eyes,slender figure and she is as gentle. she will be wearing the elven warrior outfit,leather wrist bracers, silk essence blouse, jerkin made from suede cloth. The jerkin laces at the sides and in the back through and a number of grommets. she have a magnificent white horse named Turtegiel
(Toor-tehg-ee-ell).
Personality:she is a demurred elf and live quietly in the wood of lothlorien.she is a sindarian elf. she possessed sharp eyes and keen ears,which have help her a lot in tracking the enemies.and she is as gentle as the spring's breeze and as sharp as hawk eyes when it comes to battle. she is willing to defend and die for the one she loves

Weapons: bow and quiver, gil-malina (the blue star which will guide her in the darkness)
Past:she was one of the elven maiden who served lady of the wood, galadriel
Present: she lives just outside the wood,protecting it and waiting for the return of her beloved, legolas greenleaf
Future:she will be the elven queen and rule the wood with legolas,before sailing to the undying land with him and gimli
Weaknesses: her weakness is being too emotional at the time, other than grief and sadness which can kill her

Under Weapons: Past, Present, Future, it doesn't ask for your character's status at these times, but rather:

Please revise before I can approve. Also, you might want to make your character sheet look neater by capitalizing more and using correct spacing; these small things just bother me.

Human: half elven
Description: slender tall body with strong yet fragile arms, fair elven complexion, green eyes with pointed ear and shoulder length dark hair,with the elven hunter garment,she only wear the poor clothing of the old green silvery green silk tunic with grey leggings and a pair of leather boot. she also have a velvety elven cloak that she will wear on the colder day
Personality:she is demurred,have a close contact with nature and animal lover. she can talk to the horse too. she also possessed good swordmanship apart from her archery skills and her acute elf eyes and ears. she is also light footed and be able to walk on the thick snow without sinking

Weapons:

Past: when she was little,she have a small elven dagger as a gift from her father to protect herself from the orcs while journeying into the wood but she secretly stole another weapon; a small bow made of woods that have usualy been used by the hunter in the wood
Present:a longer and stouter bow,with a string of elf-hair with a pack of endless bow in a magical quiver, Elven fighting knives,which she carried on her back in scabbards on either side of her quiver.
Future: an elven sword. 'thenidiel'(blade of truth) that have been forged by the high elves that she will used to slay the great beast that have killled her parents long ago. the sword was light and long,and shining as she unsheath it from its sheath. on the weapon there was some elvish sentences and it have been used previously on the elven warrior weapon,specially made so that "the blade that is drawn shall not be stained or broken even in defeat"

Weaknesses:she is alone and have always been hunted by her past,making her being over emotional and judgemental towards the world of men and wizards

Name/Nickname: Eric Cormier/Red Ocelot/Endar Oban (Multiple Personality)
Gender: Male
Fandom: Eric (Original), Ocelot (based on Metal Gear Solid), Endar (Star Wars Based)
Human: Half Demon
Description: His appearance changes with his different personalities. He is always 5’11” with Shoulder length dark Brown hair. He also has a Chain Tattoo going from the back of his skull and twist around his body to his tail bone and has two scars on his back where he has concealed demon’s wings. He is very muscular and fit. As Eric he has very dark brown eyes and sharp claw like fingernail and is the only Personality that can expose the wings. As Ocelot he has black eyes and can expose fang like demon teeth. Finally as Endar he has Sith eyes and likes to wear a mask that conceals all of his face but his eyes.
Personality: Eric is very laid back and lacks some self control. Ocelot is very controlled and serious. Endar is dark and depressed most of the time.

Weapons:
Past: Eric (Claymore and a Broadsword), Ocelot (4 .45 SSAs), Endar (2 Katana)

Weaknesses: All Personalities are weakened when they are in extreme light. Eric is weakened when his wings are grabbed. Endar is weakened without his mask.

Human: huntress....preys mostly on demons.
Description: about 5 feet 4 inches, long dark red, wavy hair, in a braid to her hips. Slightly tanned skin, large green eyes. Very lanky/slender, strong, binds breasts and dresses as a male (usually). Wears loose-fitting tan leather pants tucked into dark brown boots and a loose green shirt with a tan leather vest. Her face, though attractive, is very androgynous.
Personality: Very quippy/sarastic, does not always think about what she says... will flirt with anyone, especially if it's part of her job. She loves people, despite her job.

Weapons:
Past: knives. lots and lots of knives. Whips, pikes, maces...anything, really...she started off finding stuff in nature and taught herself how to use things. Her style is very raw, but effective.
Present: A few knives hidden on her person... as well as her femininity. She hides it but she can make use of it if needed. She is unafraid to use her "powers of persuasion"
Future: possibly anything on hand...she has the ability to learn any weapon very quickly. Not ridiculously quickly...she does have to spend time with the piece...but especially with earthen-made weapons, she learns quickly.

Weaknesses: hot men. or women. whichever is nearer. she is not very easily distracted...but she loves a good drink.

Human: Mutant
Description: Skin is pale white with purple veins shown lightly in the light skin. He is bald and has a built frame, not large, but slightly defined. His cornea is a bright red and his pupils have the diameter of the end of a bic pen. When ingesting or having any type of radioactive or poisonous substance in his body, he becomes enraged and grows stronger and more agile for a short amount of time. When he changes, his body enlarges and his light purple veins turn pitch black and stick out slightly from his skin.
Personality: Since his accident at a young age, he's been constantly paranoid about everyone he meets. He's learned to keep quiet and keep to himself, never asking anyone for help and shooting down anyone who tries to help, even if it's to his benefit. He has a mental deficiency that causes him to get angry quickly at anyone around him, but feels great remorse when he is done with the brief moment.
Weapons:
Past: Small sledgehammer on his belt for close range blunting weapon and for building makeshift inventions, a crossbow looped around one of his shoulders for ranged purposes, and a katana looped around his other shoulder for a more cleaner kill.
Present: A scoped hunting rifle, bolt action, and a sawed off shotgun for close range combat.
Future: Plasma rifle and fusion cutters for mechanical work.
Weaknesses: Hates water from his abusive father forcing him underwater when he was unhappy with him. Any antibiotics or medicine. Clean water. Days exceeding 100 degrees farenheit. Healthy foods.
