Rules
Welcome to the United Coders Organisation. At the UCO we want to provide our members with the best of care, and provide a friendly, and quality environment for members to post in. As a valued member of the UCO we ask that you show a reasonable amount of respect for the forum and its members to help us to achieve a greater forum quality together :)

Rules
Please do not advertise
Please do not advertise your board. When you create a new code, please create a test board for it, instead of linking to your board, and please disable signup's. (If you are unsure of how to do this please, pm or email a staff member which names are supplyed)

The exceptions are:
- If a coder has requested your board's link
- If you put your board's link in your signature or as your home link
- If you are added to our affiliates list
- If you advertise in the advertisements forum

Asking for support
Please do not PM, email or IM coders for support unless you have been given permission by the coder. If you need support, please use the support sections of this forum. Please correctly fill in the forms where they are provided.

You can only send support PMs to:
- Blakeo_x
- Scott66

When a support topic is resolved, the post is locked, [Solved] is added to the title, and a reply that looks similar to this is added to it:

Do as the message says for extra support.

Please do not Spam
We wish to keep UCO a relaxed place and as such we provide areas to talk about certain subjects and a general chat forum.

- Keep posts in their relevant forums
- Resist the urge to type your posts in full capitals
- Resist the urge to make useless posts

Please do not flame
Please do not attack any other member, and do not use unnecessary or excessive swearing.

Pornographic Material
Whilst the admins of UCO do love porn, the TOS forbids it. So please don't post it

Double Posting or Bumping
Please do not do these, as they are especially annoying. You can bump a topic every 24 hours. If you double post we will slap you. Use the edit button to avoid getting slapped :)

Discrimination
Absolutely no discrimination of gender, sexuality, colour, race, ethnic background, religion or any other human aspects. Please do not use expressions like "This code is gay"

How is the forum moderated?
Every now and again, the admins of UCO are not drunk. When this happens we pay more attention to the forum. Basically we have set up a five point system. When a member conflicts with the rules, an admin adds a point on and explains nicely to the member where the conflict happened. Please note that our aim is not to patronise you.

All admins, moderators and members are subject to these rules. You should feel that you can approach admins and mods, just like any other member. We should treat you with a decent amount of respect. If you feel that we aren't please feel free to complain here

If a user reaches five points their member status is put under consideration.

Please keep these rules in mind, however use common sense at the same time. We just want members to behave and respect other members like any real life situation.

Thank you for taking the time to read these rules. We hope you enjoy the forum!
