Xihan Rahal had reviewed the candidacy of Lavernea carefully over the past few days. It was an emergent state whose economic and political ideologies seemed to mesh well with the Coalition's. Plus, the WC could always use new blood and having a member state located in Dracos would be a plus.

Rahal addressed the rest of the Coalition council.

"Lusus finds no fault with the candidacy of Lavernea and recommends their acceptance into our august ranks."
