Dwarfs vs High Elves, Tips for army selection

I have played a lot of games with Dwarfs vs HE and i want your opinion and advice.So lets build an army list against HE.My friend uses prince on dragon,a lots of mages and 2 at least RBT.These are the basic units he use.
I recoment in 2000Pts. to use a dwarf lord with hammerers,miners for rear attack,runesmith for antimagic,gyrocopter for machine hunting(At least.)Now i want to hear you and help your kinfolk.

to take on high eleves you will need hard hitting units such as iornbeards and long beards. when taking warriors give themheavy armour and a sheild to up the armour save, our stenght should crush the elves without a GW. thunderers have to shorta range to do any real damage before being targeted by the long bows of the elves so use crossbowdwarfs with sheilds to eaven the playing feild. organ guns and flame cannons will be usless without a master rune of defence and that is a waste of your only master rune. cannons and stone throwers will be helpful and a gyrocopter will be needed to take out the inevitable repeater bolt thrower and distract thier long bows and slow thier cavlery and foot man. miners will be useful if they come of the edge of the board early onbut don't form ur battle plan around them because they wont always come out at a good time. slayers should be avoided because of their lack of armour they will be destroyed first.

Now with the new rules for dwarfs and high elves i think dwarfs has to go heavy antimagic shooting if they want to win the day.(are we still imba?dont think so we got few changes)
