Looks ok, though two things spring to my eye.
First, the hobgoblins on foot are much too small. Get 20 at least, better more. On the other hand you can reduce the number of the wolf riders, 5 or 6 are enough.
Second, Id consider leaving out one of the characters. In 1.000 points, and especially with expensive dwarves, they take up a whole lot of your army. By leaving out either the sorcerer or the Hero (and in latter case upgrade the sorcerer with a power stone or two), you could enlargen your army by either including another unit or making the existing ones bigger.

I disagree on the foot-hobgobs: they're archers. More than 12 would be excessive. As it is, they lend some missile harassment, they're a cheap unit that can be promoted to "speed bump" if necessary, and they can also flank in a pinch.
I would split the wolf riders into two units of 5, as you will then have greater targeting/flanking potential: they're not made to be combat cavalry, so making them lose their light cavalry status to get armour and ranks is probably not a good idea. Drop the shields (or is it light armour that stops them being Fast Cavalry?) and they will be an utter pain for your enemy - they'll be able to march block with impunity, which should slow your opponent to a crawl while you pour your firepower into them. Remember, fast cav have a 360 degree line of sight for missile weapon purposes, so you'll be adding between 15 and 20 bow-shots (depending on how you rank your foot archers) to your war machines each turn. You want that state of affairs to continue as long as possible before you engage, so the wolfies would be best as disruption troops. Then, when combat is initiated, they can swoop in for flank and rear bonuses.
Consider swapping out your hero for another sorcerer, to make your ranged firepower truly deadly: two Level 2s using Fire magic should make you near-invincible on the ranged front at this points value, and your newly-liberated wolf riders would be perfectly suited to picking off the enemy mages and giving your sorcerers a free rein. As it is, the Hero in the block of Warriors is a bit of a hit-and-miss tool: his presence may stop the enemy from engaging that unit at all, and with M3, that effectively means that the very pricey general's unit will be unable to do anything while the enemy army mops up your missile troops. A character-less warrior unit would not only actually look like a chargeable target to the enemy, but would allow you to soften up the enemy a lot more before they hit with your increased magical firepower.

Not a bad list. Speaking from experience (I have 3000pts of Big Hats), the Hero is a must have - Ld10 is simply that good! However, the lack of an Earthshaker may hinder you slightly but the rest of your big guns should provide you enough boom for your buck. What exactly does the Mage carry? It doesn't say on the list ...

Apologies, that's wrong on my part, he's meant to be 100 points and he's level two. I've made some additions to the list anyway, I'll post soon when I find it.
EDIT: Well, here's the updated list, enjoy:
Chaos Dwarf Hero: 114 points. Great weapon, Armour of Gazrakh and Gauntlets of Bazrakk the Cruel.
Chaos Dwarf Sorcerer: 150 points. Level two and Chalice of Darkness.
16 Chaos Dwarf Warriors: 216 points. Great weapons, Full Command and the War Banner.
16 Chaos Dwarf Warriors: 192 points. Blunderbusses.
10 Hobgoblins: 50 points. Bows.
5 Hobgoblin Wolfboys: 80 points. Bows, light armour and shields.
2 Hobgoblin Bolt Throwers: 60 points.
Earthshaker: 110 points.
Total: 997 points.
