Divinys: City of Balance Located near the juncture of the Cetra Almos river and the large lake surrounded by an enchanted forest, the City of Balance serves as a secular setting where anyone who wishes can come and pay homage to any of the entities they wish. It is not the only place to gain the powers of an entity, but can serve that purpose as well, for those who have lost their way.
