We are pleased to announce that The Mac Forum is moving to a full Invision Power Board. Our new URL will be: http://www.themacforum.net/. The person who is going to move us is named Jeff Thomas, who is a very nice guy at IFSupport. He will be a root administrator. The move will take about 24 hours, and it will happen very soon. This board will still exist, but it will be put offline with a link to the new IPB. However, everything will be lost....all the forums, members, etc. However, if you register at the new board, we will restore your post count & additional information, and add 15 posts to your post count if requested.

The domain has been registered, now the hosting needs to be setup and the skin installed. Sysops will then re-create the forums.
I really think you'll like the new skin, it's a real Mac OS X one. Sysops P.S. to other staff: Don't give them the preview link I gave you, the members can be surprised. |
