So Pack would it be possible for a Drone to be outfitted with some sort of repulsor lift and some small jet engines so he could fly?

I don't see why not. Anything is possible. Would the Lift be small enough to fit onto the drone so that it could retain freedom of movement, and would the jet pack be sufficiently cool to prevent burning of appendages?
