Okay, it's summer, we could all enjoy moving around more. Anyone want to join me in posting what they did during the day? hyper.gif
Um, so far, I've done twenty minutes of back strengthening stuff so I can stand upright, but I'm hoping to do better soon.

Well, I guess we could discuss that, too. Not my favorite one of her songs.

Spent a half an hour at the park tossing a baseball around with my son Pmac. Oh, and we rode our bikes to and from the park. smile.gif

Way to go, Greenspoint!
I will try to do better today. The back is back where it belongs.
SP, I have an accountant friend who sings that song as "Let's get fiscal." We all avoid her during tax season.....
BT, I guess that's horizontal walking?

Walked around the block in our lovely high humidity. Does that count for more since I had to fliter out the water droplets as I moved along?
Yes, CHB, marching is a workout!

Pmac and I walked down to the park and got in about 45 minutes of tossing the baseball around. Did that yesterday evening too. I'd say we were playing catch but it turned out to be more like miss-and-chase-the-ball.

Hauled our furry carcass around the block another time. Eventually this will get easier, faster and we'll take on more blocks!

I joined a gym, was going to work out four or five times a week, well haven't been in almost two weeks. Just to tired. But I do go up and down stairs from my room to the upstairs. Does that count?
