Some of y'all will remember the P-Mag project that I had going. It was coming along pretty nicely, but then the time and money that it was going to take to get her finished started adding up, and I just lost the desire to continue it.

I got a trade offer from another member here, and I took it. It's a 2K2 right feed with a drop stock and a stick feed.

I picked up a 3.5-ounce with SP on/off valve from lacanuck. A random piece of green macro-line that I ran across, a generic, no-name green trigger shoe off of Ebay. Some 32* Stickies, a green Black Magic cocking rod, and a green CP detent. The bolt is a delrin bolt/pin combo from http://www.alamocitypb.com
The stock class feed is of unknown origin, but it's a very secure brass clamp with a CCI end cap and ball slots. It's got a Dye Xcel barrel on it. The feed is angled so that it feeds directly, as it's too long if I leave it horizontal. As is, it gives the low profile of a stock feed, with the smooth feeding of a DF.

The only two things left in the works are to pick up a Python Compression System barrel kit and a green CCM pump handle. Once I get those done, she'll be finished.

As is, this is the most comfortable and naturaly pointable gun I've ever owned.

So...whatcha think?

Snipers are fun, I'm a fan of them. Nice one w/ the right feed. I used to have one of those Lapco stocks, but they never shouldered right w/ me and ended up just tossing it away to somebody.

With that SP on/off valve I do recommend you buy a rebuild kit. They have 1 very tiny teflon o-ring on the knob and they're not as long lasting as bolt o-rings. Easy to get to, just a simple snap-ring on one end and pull out the knob to replace. But if it's new you should be good for the rest of the year.

Thanks for the tip. I'll look for a kit. In the meantime, while my Googlefu is processing, anyone happen to just know offhand where I can get one?

Nuh uh! It shoulders beautifully. I always enjoyed where it sat. Seems Murf likes it too. 2 to 1. :P

I had to flip the shoulder piece over to make it shoulder right. Before I put the taller part on the top, it was too low.

So you're both right. :P

That was the original plan, but I've found that I enjoy having the ability to use a hopper or a stick feed.

the PPS feeds are handy too because you an angle them to get more positive feed, and they stack an extra ball.

i know you die hard SCers are gonna crucify me for that, but its true.

*Crucifies*

I hate those PPS feeds. Regardless, that isn't a bad setup you have.
