Hey all, since the last game on the 4th of April 2009 its been about 5 months. So high time I would say to put this out there and see who is truly interested in making this a Bi-Annual event. There is quite a bit going on between October and the end of year in the pb community, so I understand there is almost sure to be some schedule conflicts.

Hopefully we can work these out and have another outstanding game like last time! I had a chat with Mrmag11 last weekend at his pick up game and it appears that the 17th or 24th of October are the possible dates. By all means, throw in any ideas, opinions, etc.

As always, this is not intended to be a "pump only" event, but a gathering of lots of cool people who love the game!
--FrankH

** Edit-- November 14th is now the locked-in date for this game. **

My foot is finally healing up and I am looking to get back out on the field and play some ball :bang:

Just keep it away from Thanksgiving and I will be a happy camper!

........and their dads

Pat brought up that the 17th of Oct. might be the only real weekend to try for over on MCB, as the rest all have things on them.

With scenarios, World Cup and pre-World Cup weekend at CFP.

Pat mentioned the 7th or 14th of November also, these could work quite well as the weather may be just that little bit cooler.
October is really chocablock with paintball events already. I am for the latter of the dates personally--lets see where it goes.

Semper Gumby !!

Ditto for November (being the most optimum to shoot for [pun intended]).

Hi Guys, it sounds to me like the November dates will work much better.

That said, why don't we call it the 14th of November for the game?

I think that it is great that WMD Frank took the reins on this and is making it happen.

Hi Guys,

My apologies as I tend to keep up with the thread on MCB a bit more...

Here is my latest from there for anyone who does not frequent both sites as I know many do.
----------------------------------------------

I was thinking that it would be nice to have a raffle around lunchtime and possibly use this day as a mini swap-meet also.
Anything to make it more interesting and draw players I suppose.

That being the case, I will put up the first raffle item from my dwindling collection of markers...not going to give any details, except that...wait for it..
its a pump!!...and its NOT crap! (But nor is it Scottish) More details later.
If anyone has some paintball gear that may be of use to someone else, that they would not mind offering up as a raffle item, that would be great!
If anyone has any other ideas concerning a raffle/swap meet, please feel free to share!
Do you have a connection that can donate a paintball related item? That would be awesome too! Support "Grassroots Paintball" !!

BTW--NinjaDave and I will be at CFP this Sunday (11 October) if anyone would like to come out for some fun.
