Pets and the stunts they pull, discuss pets and their antics

I have fish and snails!! Plants too if one counted them. Anyway here is a place to discuss our pets.And the many things they do that are funny, crazy, unique, sweet, or the odd predicaments they get into. Since it is so late (early you could argue) I am going to write some of the predicaments and crazy things mine have done later. I wanted to get the topic up though and start the poll.

I keep watch for a pet hedgehog and I use my night-amplifying binoculars outside bedroom window and he has been known with em to tumple and roll around. I will see if I can ctach it with my webcam and show you.

I have fish..I had a dog up til I was in third grade and had a few other pets since then but now i have fish and some snails. One of my fish..he has to be the youngest is a fantail. One day when I was installing a new filter I had to have my dad cut some piping down for me to fit the tank..anyway he came in to give it to me and for whatever reason snapped at me; I glowered at him and the next thing you knew my dad staggered back yelling ; "He spit on me!" Turns out my little fish "spit" on my dad. My theory is he didn't like me getting yelled at.

My bigger fantail is the one who ended up chocking on a piece of gravel. I woke up one day because the filters were making too much noise..meaning they needed to be changed..I changed them and was going to go back to bed when i got an urge to check on my finned friends..I noticed that John Henry seemed to have a blue mouth..turns out the blue was a big piece of gravel caught in his little fish throat. I tried using tweezers to get it out but ended up needing my mom to come over and use the tweezers while I held him. He's okay now thank goodness but it was such an odd incident. In fact they always seem to get into something.
