New User Group, North West Branch RSPBA

I've now set up a new user group called NW Eng Branch Members. Members of this group will have all the same abilities to read and post onto the forums ans ordinary members, with one addition. Only members of this group will be able to see, read and post to the NW England Branch forum. Ordinary members will not be able to see or read the forum.

This set-up means that members of this new user group will no longer need to remember a password in order to access the Branch forum.

I have been through the entire membership list and moved anyone I know is a Branch member into the new user group. If there is anyone who I have missed, please contact me or post a reply to this thread and I will move you into the group.

You can now also click on the Members button at the top of the screen and opt to list all the members in this group.

Obviously not a member, But I think having their own room is a good idea Chris

The idea was have a place where branch members could discuss branch issues in a more frank and open way than they might otherwise do on an open forum.

It was set up at the request some of the members but frankly it's not been used much so far. I thought it may have been the password barrier which was putting some people off. That's why I've revised the system.

Yes. It does look good doesn't it? I spent a lot of time putting that header together. Virtually all the main 'forumites' here are there.
