1. Spam - will not be tolerated, pointless messages such as 'adrverf' are unacceptable. If you spam our servers you will be removed from the forums & denied access in the future.

2. Offensive / Racist / Sexist Material - This is prohibited, if you are reported offending anyone whether it be racial or just plain abuse you will be banned.

3. Trouble Makers - People who are set out only to cause trouble within the forums are not welcome @ Piping Chat and will receive a permenent ban.

4. Respect other people’s beliefs (mockery of a belief or attempts to convert people are not accepted in any way). Furthermore respect races and personal convictions.

5. When creating a thread on a topic, be prepared to provide links to websites about the topic when needed or when asked for.

6. Moderators and/or the site’s Administrator can and will edit/move/delete anything that does not belong on the forum, or if it breaks any of the rules. Warnings will be given when rules are broken. We expect everyone to accept the rules when partaking in discussions on the forum.

7. Repeatedly ignoring warnings, and continual instances of rules being broken may result in a ban from the forum.

8. Forum members can always report a post or send a private message to any of the moderators when they feel something should be looked at or removed, or if help is needed. The moderator will always have a look at the post in question and take the required actions when necessary.

9. Anyone who does not check a file that he or she is putting on this site for virus's and it turns out that there is a virus on it, they will be BANNED.

10. Admins/moderators who think that a member is not using the forum and respecting the board members properly will be banned e.g. impleasent behaviour to board members, sarcasim and rudness will also not be tolirated.

I've only recently started to take an interest in Bagpipes and I must say that Craig M's website is an inspiration! Well done for creating such a great place for people to share information! I too live in liverpool and after seeing your picture think I should congratulate Genna on having such a wonderful boyfriend!
