Registering

- You are only allowed to have one account per person. If you have more than one, please PM an admin with the names of all your accounts and specify the one that you wish to keep, as all others will be put in the member group guests.
- Member names have to be non-offensive. Member names which could easily mislead members into thinking that you are a different member are not allowed. We will change your member name if we think it is necessary.
- We keep the right to ask you to choose a different member name (you will still keep all of your posts, personal messages, etc.).


Posting

- Do not type in cRaZy CaPs.
- Delete your double post if you are able to edit the first one or we will do it.
- Some swear words are automatically replaced with asterisks or other symbols. However putting spaces, underscores or any other characters or/and symbols used to try and %fool% the censor are not allowed.
- Talk properly.
- Do not attack websites or webmasters.
- Personal attacks against other members, also known as flames, are not allowed. Even if it may seem like a joke to you, the other person may not see it that way. And even if they do, it is likely that others won't.
- Feel free to disagree with another member's opinion or stance on an issue. It is not allowed to insult a member's nationality, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, or age... You cannot describe them in a derogatory or demeaning way.
- Respecting the celebrities (including people from the Buffy and Angel casts) is important. Although criticism is fine, personal attacks are not. Also respect their privacy. They are in the public eye, but that doesn't mean that we shouldn't do the right thing. This includes spreading rumors and gossip. Topics of this nature will be closed and/or deleted.
- If there is a problem that seems out of control, click the Report Key on the top of the post. We'll deal with it.
- If you are posting spoilers (information about upcoming episodes that has not aired in the United States), it should go in the Spoilers forum : "The Prophecies of Aberjian... I know why you were drawn to it. There is an entire passage about you."
- Posting about illegal downloading is not allowed.
- Before replying, be sure you read the first few posts, and if possible the entire topic. People will be annoyed if you post something that has already been covered, such as a question that was answered in another post in the topic.
- Do not create a thread nor do not post in a topic to promote a website, you can add a link in your sig and profile or PM an admin to be linked with us.
- Before creating a new topic, please be sure one with the same subject has not already been created. This may include doing a search. If you cannot find a similar topic, make sure you are in the appropriate forum.


Signatures

- Non-animated signatures are to be no bigger than 500x100 pixels.
- Animated signatures are to be no bigger than 450x100 pixels.
- Signatures that include an image can have 5 lines of text.
- Signatures that do not include an image can have up to 8 lines of normal-text. Blank lines count.
- Signatures may include 1 image up to the pixel limits and 1 smilie OR 1 more image in the form of a smilie (transparent background, 35x35 pixels).
- Spoilers in signatures are not allowed.


Avatars

- Non-animated avatars are to be no bigger than 92x92 pixels.
- Animated avatars are to be no bigger than 80x80 pixels.
- Spoilers in avatars are not allowed.


Miscellaneous

- Do not ask if you can become a staff/team member. If we ever do need another, we will post something in the forum : Watcher's Council.
- Misleading the members is a serious offense and will be punished as such.
- Anyone can post in any thread, no matter what the thread is called. Threads that are not welcoming to everyone will be closed.
- Do not steal name's forums, pictures, etc. from the boards. We hold the copyright. If we see you took some for your own boards or website, we will punish.
- The Admins reserves the right to enforce rules even if they are not mentioned here.
- The rules will be updated from time to time. When we make a major update to the rules, we will post something in Wolfram and Hart (the sub-forum in Watcher's Council).
- Ignorance is no excuse for breaking the rules. We will punish if we think it's necessary.
