> Saga 1 protectors of the dragonballs

Episode 1
We begin the story at the son’s old household which has now expanded into a small village with approximately 14 houses and a small school which was started by Chi-Chi They didn’t know it but all the residents have a trace of saiyan blood within them somewhere Some of them more than others in this village it is expected that as soon as you turn 6 that you would begin school.

At the old house, which used to be goku’s on a young boy called Goken is having his 6th birthday.

Goken looks incredibly similar to Goku when he was young but where’s plain black trousers and a white vest top and dosn't have a tail Goken is unique as in his family the saiyan genes being the dominant cells began to take over and Goken is a pure blooded saiyan

Goken: Mum I don’t want to go to school I want to learn how to fight and travel the world like Goku did.

Asura Goken’s mother is tall and thin with pure black hair in a bun at the back of her head she was wearing a long red dress

Asura: Now Goken Goku is just a story that our village has told to its children for generations and besides we let you train how to fight since you where 2 and will keep training you on weekends so you can help defend our village from people who come to try and take the four star dragonball which we protect because it has been in the village and more to the point our family for thousands of years and it is very important to us.

Goken: but mum Goku is real I can somehow feel it… Him ever since I accidentally swallowed the dragonball thinking it was part of the food at the village feast and if he isn’t then why did you call me Goken.

Asura: because it was the name you responded to best when you where a baby and besides I forbid it no son of mine is leaving to starve to death in the world.

Goken: I can fish and cook you know that dad taught me

Asura: You mean your farther who left to see the world two years ago and still hasn’t returned or even wrote no means no Goken I don’t want you too disappear as well.

Later that night
** Goken sneaks out his window and approaches a large building in the centre of the town and opens the door and slides silently through**
Inside it is a large well lit hall and in the centre on a pedestal is the four star dragonball and mounted on the wall is the old wepon of Goku Niyoibo
**Goken grabs the Dragonball and Niyoibo and sneaks back out the way he came in and runs off into the woods and out of sight**
In the morning you see the sunrise and in the village people begin to wake up all of a sudden there is loud scream from the hall Goken stole the Niyoibo and four star ball from

Villager: OH MY GOD THE DRAGONBALL AND NIYOIBO ARE GONE

** Villagers come rushing out to see amongst the crowd a familiar face is seen Asura who reveals to the others Goken is gone as well**

Villager 1: well what does this mean

Villager 2: it means Goken has taken the dragonball and Niyoibo

Asura: no my Goken would never do anything like that

Thinking to herself: but he did want to go out and see the world so maybe he took the Dragonball and Niyoibo to be more like Goku is in the stories no no he wouldn’t

Asura: Maybe an outsider stole them and kidnapped Goken in order to cover up what he did or to threaten him if we came after him

**In the meantime Goken is just waking up to see that he is surrounded by a group of about 15 wolves growling and one of them has the four star ball in his mouth immediately Goken springs up and gets into a fighting pose there is a slight pause and then one of the wolves dives at Goken Goken kicks the wolf across its face and it falls to fall runs over to another wolf and punches it in the side of head and the wolf lands on the top the other wolf**

Goken: this could take too long how could I make it go quicker I know NIYOIBO EXTEND

** the Niyoibo shoots out in both directions and Goken spins it round knocking all of wolves out and adding them all to pile with the wolf with the dragonball landing on top then the dragonball falls out of the wolf’s mouth and rolls down the pile to side of Goken and he picks it up and places it into his pocket**

Narrators voice: Don’t worry Goken we believe you that Goku exists and don’t worry I have a feeling one day you will be just like him and what will he do now that he has left his village to find out Tune in next time on dragonball NB

Episode 2

Goken: well I better set off and look for somewhere I can stay and train

** then a teenage girl shows up on a hover bike the girl is quite tall with long blonde hair in a ponytail and in true dragonball style has rather large breasts**

Girl: hello have you seen a small orange ball with stars in it

**Goken immediately gets into a fighting stance**

Goken: Who are you and why do you want the dragonball

Girl: My name is buretta briefs and I want the dragonball ball because throughout generations of my family we have always been told that if we need something that we can’t have to take the dragon radar and find the dragonballs to summon shenron

Goken: Are you a descendant of bulma briefs who owned capsule corparation

Buretta: i think so she was the daughter of the man who started right why do you ask

**something then clicks in gokens head and he gets out of the fighting position he was in before**

Goken: so that means shenron and goku do exist and you are proof

Buretta: What do you mean I am proof

Goken: I mean that you show that goku really did exist

Buretta: Who is this goku you keep talking about

Goken: you mean you where never told about the great goku

Buretta: No who is he

Goken: He’s only the greatest warrior who ever lived

Buretta: Ok goku was a great warrior now can you tell me where the dragonball is

Goken: ok but if you want all the dragonballs I am coming with you (thinking to himself) this is such a great coincidence I can travel the world with buretta just like goku did when he was a young boy

Buretta: ok the closest dragonball is 300 miles south lets go hop on

Goken: no thanks I prefer to run

Buretta: don’t be stupid there’s no way you can keep up with my hover bike

Goken: try me

**They both set off and sure enough goken keeps up with buretta who has a look of disbelief on her face they finaly reach the where the dragonball should be but find a large greyish creature wearing body armour with two huge horns a fat face and a dog like nose with a huge spiked club**

Buretta: Quick boy hide behind this rock he looks mean

Goken: my name is goken and I am going to ask him if he has seen the dragonball

Buretta: Don’t be crazy you will get your self killed

Goken: no I won’t **walks over to creature** Excuse me mister have you seen a dragonball anywhere around here

Creature: bug off kid or I will have to kill you

Goken: No I am not leaving unless you tell me if you have seen a dragonball

Creature: I said bug off

**the creature swings down his club hard and creates a large hole where it landed**

Creature: well that takes care of him I wonder if he means the orange ball with those 3 stars in them

**buretta looks on horrified with her jaw dropped**

Goken: yes I did now where is it

**The creatures club shoots upwards and hits him in the face showing goken without a scratch on him in the hole with his Niyoibo above his head being held by 2 hands buretta looks relieved and shocked**

Goken: Now where is it

Creature: its around my neck so your not getting it

**Pulls out a necklace from underneath his body armour revealing the 3 star dragonball**

Goken: Good now hand it over or I will have to take it from you

Creature: Look kid I don’t know how you survived and you caught me by surprise when you threw the club up but it won’t happen again

**The creature lunges forward whilst swinging his club sideward but goken jumps over it and gets into a fighting position goken runs at creature who swings his club again which goken dodges still running forward when then he reaches the creature jumps up and kicks across his face which knocks the creature over but the creature gets back onto one Knee**

Creature: you little punk how did you do that

**Goken doesn’t answer but runs towards the creature punches him hard in the stomach and grabs the dragonball from his neck then steps to the side and watches the creature fall face first to the ground burreta walks over with her draw still dropped**

Buretta: How How did you do that you just killed a huge creature

Goken: He is just out cold not dead

Buretta: But how did you do that it was phenomenal

Goken: errrr… what does phenomenal mean

** Buretta does a anime fall **

Buretta: It means great

Goken: oh right not really he was weak

Buretta: WHAT that huge guy was weak to you

Goken: well yeah

Buretta: anyway we have the dragonball that’s all that counts now we have 3

Goken: don’t you mean 2

Buretta: no I mean three I already had one which my family gave to me anyway lets go the next dragonball is 427 miles south east

Narrators Voice: wow goken journey is already shaping up to great one and is it destiny that he would meet up with a desendant of bulma find out next time on dragonball NB

Episode 3

**The episode starts with goken and buretta travelling to the place of the next dragonball**

Goken: are we there yet

Buretta: No now stop asking aright it is really annoying

**they both stop talking and travel for another couple of seconds of screen time and end up in a small desert village with about 4 houses**

Buretta: Here we are wait this isn’t right it’s not meant to be in a house

Goken: Why not a dragonball could be anywhere couldn’t it

Buretta: well yeah I suppose but they are meant to be out in the wild and stuff not in houses

Goken: alright which house does it say it is in

Buretta: The second house on the left

Goken: ok lets go

** Goken knocks on the door a teenage boy about the same age of buretta answers with long black hair and wearing orange trousers and a green top with a large logo on the front of it**

Boy: what do you want

Goken: I was wondering if you had a dragonball in there

Boy: yeah so what if I do

Goken: well I would like to take it please as I am looking for the dragonballs

Boy: No it is a family heirloom now get lost

Goken: not until I get the dragonball

Boy: no you will have to fight me for it

Goken: Ok easy enough you look pretty weak

**they both jump back assume a fighting position but neither attack yet**

Boy: whats so important about the dragonball that so many people come here looking for it

Goken: Because if you gather all 7 of them you are granted a wish if your family gave it to you surely they told you that

Boy: Yeah they did but I wasn’t naïve enough to believe it but apparently you where now lets cut the talk and fight

** The boy jumps forward at goken who side steps the punch**

Goken: your pretty fast whats you name

Boy: I said no talking

** He Kicks goken in the side of his chest and makes him skid across the ground for a couple of meters goken slams a hand into the ground and flips round landing on his feet**

Boy: your quite tough but not tough enough for my favourite technique

Goken: I thought you said no talking

Boy: Shut up I said you couldn’t talk not me

** goken uses his distraction to punch the boy in stomach causing him to bend over and fall to his knees**

Boy: You shouldn’t be able to do that I have been training since I was five to protect this dragonball like my family was suppose to and your just a little kid how are you so strong

Goken: well like you my family protects a dragonball so I too have been trained but since birth and also I am goken I have some of the great goku’s blood running through me so you don’t stand a chance now tell me what is your name

Boy: I will only tell you if you beat oh yeah and thanks for the time to catch my breath now for my ultimate technique WOLF FANG FIST

Goken: what

**The boy charges at goken and punches him 5 times and knocks him to the ground with a clubbing fist**

Boy: give up yet

Goken: not a chance

** goken spins on his hand and sweeps the boys legs and then jumps on him mounting him and punching him in the face until he is rendered unconscious Buretta who has been watching the whole thing walks over**

Buretta: Up close he looks kind of cute up close

Goken: when he wakes up we need to ask him his name and where the dragonball is I think he might have some yamcha in him how else would he know the wolf fang fist

Narrators voice: I think goken was paying way too much attention in story time but is he right and will this boy give them his Dragonball and what is his name find out next time on Dragonball NB

[gremlin]

Episode 4

** this episode starts with goken and buretta standing next to the boy who goken defeated last episode as he is waking up and the sun is beginning to set**

Boy: What how where you not knocked out by my wolf fang fist

Goken: I am a lot tougher than I look now what is your name

Boy: My name is Raken

Goken: Are you by any chance somehow related to yamcha

Raken: I remember my parents mentioning him in a story at the beginning of my training and that goku person you mentioned and a lot of other people but It was just a story

Goken: no it wasn’t how else would we have both been told about the same people

Buretta: actually I was told about some fighters when I was young

Raken: are you sure they where the same people

Buretta: yes I think so lets go inside and compare stories its getting dark and cold

Raken: ok but don’t think this means I like you I just want to find something out and give you dragonball like I said I would and then your out of here

**They all go inside and exchange the stories they were told as children and raken gives them his dragonball Then the scene changes to a large castle and there is a man with a deep voice sat on a huge throne but you cannot see what he looks as he is in complete darkness two henchman one of them a ninja the other a samurai are both kneeling in front of him trembling**

Voice: Did you get it

Ninja: Yes sire we had to beat up that green man pretty bad to get it but we did

Voice: good work Hayota you have pleased me now we need to find the rest of them

Samurai: But master why do we need to collect these strange balls

Voice: Because Oshinun when we collect all seven I can be granted eternal youth and become unstoppable

Hayota: But how will you be given eternal youth just by finding these balls

Voice: Because when you collect all seven balls you are granted anything you desire

Oshinun: that’s great sire but how will we find the other six balls it is unlikely they will all have people who come to challenge you owning them

Voice: ahh yes but you two will go out into the world and look for them and if you fail then only god can help you

Hayota and Oshinun: yes master

**They both run out the room the scene then changes back to raken house**

Raken: so we where all told the story about five thousand years ago so what does it mean

Goken: it is obvious it means that is true

Buretta: it could just mean that there used to be a book about it that some people where slightly obsessed with

Goken: no it means it was true and it is fate that we are all meeting up now it must that once again the world needs a protector

Raken: what is he going on about

Buretta: oh he’s just slightly obsessed with goku and wants to be like him he probably thinks that this mean he will be a super saiyan like in the story

Raken: Don’t be stupid there isn’t such thing as ki you fight using muscle and tactics and nothing else

Goken: No you don’t there is ki

Raken: Prove it

Goken: ok I will

**Goken gets into a fighting position and Raken does a second after but Buretta gets in-between them**

Buretta: No there will be no more fighting

Raken: fine but my use for you two is done now leave my house

** Goken and Buretta both leave**

Goken: I will go make us a shelter

Buretta: no need

**She pulls out a capsule and throws it creating a house **

Raken: I know ki doesn’t exist but perhaps I should follow them and take the wish from the dragonballs myself

Narrators voice: who is the mysterious man who wants the dragonballs and was the green man a namek and is there such thing as ki find out all this and more next time on Dragonball NR

[gremlin]

Episode 5


** This episode starts at sunrise when goken and buretta are waking up and setting off as you see them disappear in the distance you see Raken begin too follow down the same road as they just did in a small red hover car**

Goken: so which way are we going today?

Buretta: well west like we are now to the next dragonball

Goken: I wonder if I get to fight someone for this dragonball too

Buretta: I hope not you nearly lost last time

Goken: No I didn’t that Raken was weak he just caught me by surprise

**Raken is listening with a piece of equipment that enhances his hear**

Raken: DON’T CALL ME WEAK JUST YOU WAIT TILL WE FIGHT AGAIN

**He then realises what he just did and puts a hand over his mouth**

Buretta: Did you just hear something?

Goken: Yeah I think I did what do you think it was

** Raken has a nervous look on his face**

Buretta: Oh it was probably nothing

** Raken lets out a sigh of relief**

Raken: That was lucky I will have to be careful in the future

**The scene then changes to a Hayota and Oshinun Terrorising a village Oshinun has picked up a villager by the scruff of the neck and has his samurai sword close to his throat**

Oshinun: Where is it

Villager: I don’t know what you are talking about sir honest

Hayota: You better not because if we find out you lied to us you will die

Villager: Yes sir thank you ever so much

**They begin moving from villager to villager and threatening each one until they kick a door open revealing the six star dragonball as they reach for it a seven year old boy runs past them and grabs it he is dressed in a red T-shirt and white trousers he has short brown hair which just reaches his ears**

Hayota: Now kid hand over the dragonball or else we might have to hurt you

Boy: My name is kirato and no because you are the one who will be hurt not me

Hayota: You little brat how dare you

** Hayota goes in for a punch how jumps to side and barely manages to dodge it Hayota then kicks upwards catching Kirato off guard hitting him in the chin and knocking him to the ground Kirato gets up and brushes himself off**

Hayota: Wow kid you are tougher than I thought

Kirato: I know

**Kirato then rushes in and punches Hayota in the stomach causing him to drop to one knee the kicks him across his face as Kirato jumps up high and beings to fall two feet first directly at Hayota but Oshinun runs past and picks up Hayota**

Hayota: I don’t need your help

Oshinun: I know but it will be easier and quicker this way

Hayota: No I will do this by myself

**Oshinun is knocked to the ground by a punch across the face**

Kirato: If you two could stop fighting each other and focus on me you might stand a chance

Hayota: Shut up kid just for that I will let Oshinun fight with me just to show you why you shouldn’t be so arrogant

** The scene is changed back to goken and buretta Travelling down a road**

Goken: How much longer do we have to keep travelling?

Buretta: it is only about 6 more miles to the next dragonball if we stay on this road

Goken: Great I will meet you there

** Goken speeds on ahead**

Buretta: Man that kid is fact

** Goken arrives at the village to see Kirato on the floor with Hayota stood over him with his sword above his head**

Goken: Stop that

Hayota: why should I listen too you your just a kid like this brat

**Hayota swings his sword down hard as it reaches the end of its there is a clang on the floor and the blade of the sword is on the floor behind Hayota is goken crouched in apposition with his right arm extended and the Niyoibo in his hand**

Goken: That’s why now get out of

Hayota: That’s it kid your goings to end up like this one

** He Points to Kirato**

Oshinun: No leave it Hayota we got what we came for lets go

Narrators voice: Good timing goken now there is only one dragonball left and the race is on between our hero’s and the deadly duo of Hayota and Oshinun.

Episode 6

** This episode starts with goken kneeling next to the unconsious Kirato as buretta pulls up next to him**

Buretta: what happened I saw the dragonball moving around on the radar did you knock this kid out fighting for it

Goken: No some guy had beaten him up and was going to kill him where is the Dragonball anyway may as well look for it while the kid is out cold

Buretta: It is moving north incredibly fast

Goken: Err which way is north from here

Buretta: that way

** She points in the direction that Hayota and Oshinun had disappeared**

Goken: So that guy with the sword has it Damn him

Buretta: according to this there are now two in one place he must have already had one so that means he is collecting them as well

Goken: where is the last one that is on it’s own

Buretta: Almost the other side of the world why

Goken: Because if get there we can fight the man with the sword when he gets there as well

Buretta: Do you ever want to do anything but fight or train

Goken: I eat

** Buretta does a anima fall and so does raken in the distance**

Raken: wow what a weird kid

** A villager approaches raken**

Villager: Hello do you require some food or a place to stay

Raken: Yes please (thinks to himself) wow this guy is really nice

** Raken follows the man past Buretta and goken**

Goken: Hey raken have you come to join us on our journey

Raken: errrrrrr…. Yes (thinks to himself) this is perfect I can travel with them take the wish then leave them high and dry

Goken: Great you can help us fight the man with the sword and his friend

Raken: okay I do love a fight

** Kirato begins to wake up**

Kirato: MY DRAGONBALL

Goken: Calm down you will get your dragonball back

Kirato: But you don’t understand that was a family keep safe

Goken: Yes we do all three of us here have 1 as well

Raken: Did you get told a story along with it because we all did

Kirato: yes I think so

**Yet again they all exchange stories**

Buretta: so what is your name

Kirato: Kirato and if you are searching for the dragonballs I am going with you so that I can get my ball back

Goken: Cool we can always use another and pretty soon we can start a new earths Special Forces

Raken & Buretta: For gods sake Goken it was just a story give it up

** Goken’s head drops and he doesn’t say anything**

Buretta: well I think we should set off towards the next dragonball

Narrators voice: Was it just a story and what adventures will our heroes meet on there way to the next dragonball find out next time on Dragonball NB

Episode 7

**Goken and the others are all in car driving and talking about the dragonballs and previous adventures**


Goken: this time it is going to take ages isn’t it?

Buretta: well Yes we are travelling to the other side of the world this time it’s not like we are going a couple of hundred miles like the other times

Goken: Why do you reckon the dragonballs are so close to each other

Buretta: I don’t know chance

Goken: No they are meant to be scattered to the four corners of the world why would they all be in villages

Raken: because people in the villages found them and passed them down as important family treasures

Goken: But surely they would have been collected and used

Kirato: Well maybe only the people in the story knew what they did so nobody came to look for them

Goken: see he believes the story as well

Raken: Well he is young and stupid like you then isn’t he?

Goken and Kirato: Where not stupid the story is real

Goken: Isn’t Goku cool

Kirato: No Krilln is way cooler

** They squabble over the story and the scene changes to Hayota and Oshinun approaching the large throne with the mysterious voice**

Voice: Did you bring me another dragonball?

Hayota: Yes master there was some resistance but we stopped it

Voice: Good so you didn’t need me like the last time with the green man

Hayota: No master but I did break my sword

Voice: So get a new one why are you telling me

Hayota: Well it was a boy who broke my sword

Voice: and did you destroy him for his insolence

Oshinun: No master we already had the dragonball

Booming Voice: Why mercy is a sign of weakness the next time you see him a demand that he is eradicated

Hayota and Oshinun with a tremble in their voices: Yes master

Voice: Now I heard that there is a dragonball somewhere in the mountains with a single secluded man

Hayota: which mountains sire there are many in the world

Voice: You dare interrupt me I was getting to that you ignorant fool now it is a mountain range somewhere near west city

Hayota: Master and you are right I am an ignorant fool

** They leave**

Oshinun in a mocking voice you where right sir I am an ignorant fool don’t shove your head to far up his arse you might get lost

Hayota: Shut up

** The scene then returns to our hero’s and they are pulling up into a village**

Goken: Why are we stopping here?

Buretta: Because we need some petrol and other supplies

Goken: Ok in that case I am going to have a wander around and see if there is anyone to fight with her

Buretta: Your mind is so one tracked goken

** After that Goken and Raken wonder of leaving Kirato and Buretta together while Buretta is filling up the car**

Buretta: What pigs just wandering off and leaving us hear all alone

Kirato: Don’t worry I will never mistreat you

** Kirato winks and Buretta, Buretta looks away and quickly tries to walk away in to the petrol station Kirato overtakes her and stands in front of the door**

Kirato: Wait

** Buretta Steps over him yes Kirato is that damn short**

Narrator’s voice: Wow what’s the deal with Kirato does he have a thing for Buretta or is he just a filthy pervert and will and will Hayota and Oshinun Discover the man in the mountain and what will happen in the new village all this and more next time on Dragonball NB

Episode 8

This episode begins with Kirato stood outside the petrol station

Kirato thinking to himself: Oh my god I just maid a complete fool of myself but maybe she didn’t realise and just went in because she finished filling the tank and didn’t see me because she was In a rush and I am short yes that’s it

** Buretta walks back out and kicks Kirato in the back of the head **

Buretta: Little bastard

Kirato: What did I do?

Buretta: You know full well what you did and it personally makes me sick

Kirato: Fine I am sorry for coming on to you

Buretta: WHAT I was talking about you farting in the car you pervert

** Kirato is looking at his and mumbles**

Kirato: Yeah me too

Buretta: you are a sick little boy you know that I am going to find the others

** Buretta storms off leaving Kirato stood alone the scene then changes to Goken stood outside a martial arts dojo Raken is reading a sign out loud**

Raken: Think you have what it takes to win 500 pounds if so enter and try to battle through the gym’s three toughest members

Goken: Cool easy money lets enter

Raken: It says for 10 year olds and upwards goken I will do it myself and take all the money ** talking to himself ** ahh money the best thing ever who ever said money doesn’t bring happiness was a retard I can’t wait to steal the wish on the dragonballs for money

Goken: You do realise that you are speaking aloud and I am stood right here

Raken: Yes I am only joking whenever I say something bad like that I am obviously joking

Goken: OOOOOOkay

Raken: Now I am going to kick some gym fighters’ ass

** Raken and Goken both walk into the gym and Raken walks over to a sign-up desk and goken walks around the gym examining the fighters**

Raken: Hello I would like to fight the three fighters for the money please

Man: Are you sure you look a little bit scrawny to be a fighter

Raken: WHAT HOW DARE YOU now sign me up

Man: Ok ok first you have to sign this form releasing us from responsibility if you get injured

** Raken signs the form and then the scene changes to goken looking up at the back of a man the man turns around and looks at Goken**

Goken: DAD

Narrator’s voice: so this is Goken’s dad the man who left the village and was never seen again until now but does he remember his son and is he ready to resume his role as a farther all this and more next time on Dragonball NB

[gremlin]

Episode 9

This episode begins how the last one ended with Goken looking up into the face of who is apparently his farther

Man: What did you just say little boy

Goken: Daddy * Goken runs up to his farther and hugs him but his farther pushes him away*

Man: What are you doing?

Goken: giving you a hug

Man: I know that but why would you hug me is that how you say hello where you come from

Goken: What are you talking about Dad

Man: and stop calling me dad I have never met you before in my life

Goken: Yes you have it is me Goken

*Goken’s farther walks away from him leaving him in a strange daze as to what happened*

*Raken walks over to goken*

Raken: Hey little man I signed us both up to fight in the tournament thingy

*Goken doesn’t say anything and raken begins to look worried *

Raken: what’s wrong buddy

*goken still stood completely still *

Goken: he… he doesn’t remember me

Raken: Who doesn’t remember you

Goken: *crying* My daddy doesn’t remember me

Raken: Whoa calm down I am sure he does or he isn’t your dad or something like that
*to himself* man I suck at this reassurance thing

Voice: Challengers number 17 please report to the tournament area

Raken: Hey that’s us lets go Goken
