Here are some ideas i've had that I never really got around to doing very much of, and I may never. These are just basic premises of a few fan-fiction ideas that popped into my head:

Inuyasha Fan-Fic
Taking place in the near future, Sota Higurashi (Kagome's brother) is now an adult trying to make a living by selling his grandfather's antiques to raise money for his sick Mother's operation. It has been a long time since Kagome stopped returning to the present time, and neither really knows what has happened to her. One day, Sota notices a shady teenager get pick-pocketed by a theif. Later that day, the same theif comes into Sota's store with the dagger he stole from the teenager and tries to pawn it off. Sota confronts him on it and the thief escapes. Examining the dagger for any sign of ownership, Sota is magically transported to a time long ago, the concurrent time stream shared with Ancient Japan. Realizing where he is, Sota Higurashi will venture through the ancient lands meeting the next generation of heroes while trying to discover the whereabouts of his older sister.

DC/Marvel Crossover
This story would attempt to place Marvel and DC characters in the same universe, but not combined as amalgam comics. The major premise is that Frank Castle, whose family was not killed because of the abundance of super heroes, would eventually become the best friend of the late Nick Fury, taking over SHIELD in his abscense. In an effort to stop global terrorism, SHIELD teams their organization with other groups from around the world for the final battle against evil. Pushed into a corner, the Justice League of Superman, Captain America, Batman, Iron Man, and Wonder Woman come to an agreement with SHIELD to imprison the villains into the Phantom Zone, rather than killing them. The Superheroes are successful, and with villains out of the loop, Meta-Humans have taken a stronger presence in the world, taking political power and eliminating all sorts of crime. It this peaceful utopia, the Superheroes will be the makers of their own Hell and find their perfect society crumbling down from within.
