Ok so there are Ranks and there are Groups
But what on the Disc dose it all mean. So lets start from the top Groups the members are devided in to x number of groups, each group has diferent privaleges the groups are Tourist:- your new you don't have many prives but make 10 posts and you become Citizen:- So now your part of the city you can start new topics & use the PM system200 posts and your a Guild member:- As a member of the guild you can now mass PM and a number of other cool things Patrician's Office:- Just me City Watch :- Moderater you have to be asked to be one they make sure every one sticks to the rules The ranks & Number of postes needed to get there Tourist 0 probationary Citizen 10 Full Citizen 50 privileged Citizen 100 probationary guild Member 200 full guild member 400 Elite guild member 800 |

So would a global mod be "Night Watch"? I suppose it doesn't matter.
