So what do you two do? Jes asked them.
"I work with native, magical creatures in Australia. Mostly keeping them under wraps. Making sure the muggles don't find out about them." Josh explained with a smile.
"And I was a healer, but I'm a stay at home mum now." Charlotte added.

Cam walked into the apartment carrying his and River's suitcases. He set them down near the kitchen before turning to his wife. Welcome home. He smiled.

River stood in the doorway to their apartment. A smirk playing across her face as she kept her eyes fixed on her husband. I believe you are forgetting something my dear... she told him as she glanced down at herself and then back at him.

Cam grinned. Oh yes, how horrible it must have been to be waited on hand and foot by your doting husband, and carried over the threshold of every new room that we had. He said cheekily on his way to the kitchen.

You make it sound like those are easy things to do... she teased as she slipped her shoes off her feet and rubbed a bit of the tension out of them. at least we still have a couple more days off from work. she pointed out.

Cam brought two cups of tea in with him, sitting one in front of River with a short kiss. I wonder what we'll do with those days. He said, sitting across from her and pulling one of her feet into his lap so he could run it.
